Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
